    Lego building, a storytime, and a farmers market

    The Northborough Free Library will host a Lego building program called “Drop in Legos” on Tuesday, Aug. 15, from 2 to 4 p.m. Participants are welcome to complete a challenge-of-the-day or look through the available Lego idea books to build their own designs.     Powisset Farm is hosting its “Story Hour on the Farm” every Thursday through Aug. 24 from 10 to 11 a.m. in Dover. Guests are welcome to wander the grounds and visit farm animals. The group will meet under a tent for storytime at 10:30 a.m. Preregistration is not required. The event is free for members and $5 for nonmembers.     The Needham Farmers Market’s 2017 market season is open on Sundays through Nov. 19 from noon to 4 p.m. The market’s new location is at the Needham Town Common. In addition to local produce, the market will feature music and art. Visitors can receive updates and text reminders regarding market dates and times, special prices on produce in season, and weekly market events by texting @needham to 81010.
