Revere recently launched Revere 311, a constituent service that allows members of the public to communicate directly with the city by dialing 311 or using the Revere 311 app on smartphones. Residents can use 311 to report issues ranging from potholes to missed trash pickups or faded street signs, as well as get answers to frequently asked questions, according to city officials. They also can use the number or app to make service requests. Residents who share their contact information receive a follow-up text or e-mail when there is more information about the status of their request.
