Massachusetts Congressman Seth Moulton answered questions from the media after he addressed Salem State College students on Monday.

Representative Seth Moulton has spoken in Iowa and New Hampshire. He is scheduled to give a major foreign policy address at a Washington think tank on Tuesday.

But for the first time, Moulton is now saying what might be already obvious: He is thinking about running for president.

He isn’t forming a presidential campaign committee or even an exploratory committee. But Moulton told Buzzfeed News in an interview published Monday morning that “I’m thinking about running for president. I’m not definitely running, but I’m going to take a very hard look at it. A very serious look at it.”

While he is thinking about it, other candidates are entering the contest, including Senator Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts and Senator Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota, who each held campaign announcement rallies over the weekend.

A Moulton spokesman said there are currently no plans for any further visits to early presidential primary states.
