Stormy Daniels, the adult film star who claims she had a brief affair with President Trump more than a decade ago, will perform at a Providence strip joint in less than two weeks, the club enthusiastically reminded patrons Wednesday.

“11 more days until the Storm makes landfall in Providence!” said the Cadillac Lounge on its Instagram feed, beneath a poster promoting Daniels’s scheduled appearance at the nightspot on Charles Street on June 24.

The Instagram post included the hashtag #makestripclubsgreatagain, a riff on Trump’s ubiquitous campaign slogan, Make America Great Again, that helped propel him to a stunning upset victory in the 2016 presidential election.

The flier says Daniels will perform shows at 9 p.m. and 11 p.m.

“She’s gonna dance two shows that night,” Dick Shappy, general manager of the Cadillac Lounge, said in a telephone interview.

He said Daniels’s team has informed the club that she won’t pose for photos with customers or grant media interviews. Shappy said there are no plans to offer Stormy- or Trump-themed drink specials during her performances.

“It’s a good idea, though,” Shappy said. “We hadn’t thought of that. We’re getting a tremendous response. I didn’t think we’d have such a tremendous response. But I guess with the controversy, people want to see what she’s all about. . . . I don’t know what to expect.”

Shappy declined to disclose Daniels’s payment for her appearance but said “it’s certainly not $130,000,” referring to the alleged hush money Trump’s personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, paid Daniels shortly before the 2016 election in an effort to keep her from discussing the claimed affair.

“She’s getting a little more than most of them [for her appearance] but not so much more,” Shappy said. “She’s affordable, and that’s what attracted me to it. . . . To be honest, I was surprised.”

He said he expects the club to be filled to its 500-person capacity, adding that uniformed police officers and Daniels’s own private security detail will be on hand.

Trump has vigorously denied having sexual encounters with Daniels, and her claims are currently the subject of multiple court proceedings.

Daniels sued the president in April, asserting Trump defamed her on Twitter when he dismissed a composite sketch that Daniels says depicted a man who threatened her in 2011 to keep quiet about her alleged tryst with the real estate mogul.

She previously filed a separate lawsuit seeking to be released from a nondisclosure pact she signed shortly before the election in exchange for $130,000. The cash came from Cohen, who’s the subject of a criminal probe reportedly related, at least in part, to the Daniels saga.

Cohen has denied wrongdoing and hasn’t been charged with any crimes.

Shappy said the Cadillac Lounge takes no position on the validity of Daniels’s claims of a past affair with the president.

“We stay out of the politics of it,” he said, adding that the management team is primarily interested in the fact that Daniels’s appearance will “bring in customers.”

The lounge bills itself online as “Rhode Island’s most awarded gentlemen’s club PERIOD,” with easy highway access, “discreet ATMs, 5 bars and 3 stages. The Cadillac Lounge will have you entertained from the second you walk in through the doors.”
