All over Massachusetts — and the country, for that matter — the July Fourth sky was aglow with the eye-catching colors and sparkling lights of the celebratory ritual we call fireworks. We asked Boston Globe readers via social media to share with us their best photos of dazzling displays, and these readers did just that.

From Greater Boston to Cape Cod, here’s a look at the sights that some of our skilled readers captured on camera.
