Ice lollipop molds mean making your own ice cream truck treats

The Stackable Ice Lollipop molds from Spanish company Lékué make it simple to always have an icy dessert on-hand in the freezer. The silicone molds, with classic rounded shoulders, stack on top of one another to save freezer space, and each comes with a stick and a lid that snaps in to prevent spills and keep odors away ($5 to $7 each; about $16 for a set of 4). The molds are so simple to fill and unmold you’ll be inspired to turn fruit juices into ice pops laced with bits of fruits or herbs and spices. Make a fudgy popsicle, or spike a concoction for a boozy adult treat. They come in four crayon colors: red, orange, yellow, and green. Available at Didriks, 77 Leonard St., Belmont, 617-993-3188 and 2284 Washington St., Newton Lower Falls, 617-467-4847; Kitchen Outfitters, 342 Great Road, Acton, 978-263-1955; Sur La Table locations; or go to www.lekue.com.
