    Chefs Ming Tsai, Daniel Boulud gather for Spring Forward Dinner at Bar Boulud

    Chefs Ming Tsai and Daniel Boulud came together for the Spring Forward Dinner at Bar Boulud Tuesday evening. Tsai, the owner of Boston’s Blue Dragon and host of PBS’s “Simply Ming,” and Boulud, the celebrated French chef, are longtime friends. While Bar Boulud is primarily known for its French cuisine, the night featured flavors and ingredients from a variety of cultures. The pair were joined by Brian Arruda, the executive chef of Bar Boulud, to cook a five-course dinner for guests.
