Belmont Center’s Il Casale celebrates its 10th birthday on April 21 with a food-filled bash.
For $75, you’ll feast on bruschetta, meatballs, calamari, mussels, quail eggs, chicken liver mousse, cheese and charcuterie, and plenty of cocktails — including a rye punch mixed with sweet black tea and a lavender gin gimlet.
Chef Dante de Magistris runs the busy neighborhood restaurant with his brothers Damian and Filippo; he also helms Cambridge’s Dante at the Royal Sonesta hotel and Il Casale in Lexington.
Attendees will get an invite to a launch party for the family’s newest restaurant, The Wellington, an American tavern that opens across the street from Il Casale this summer. It specializes in burgers and prime rib, and some sneak-peek menu items will appear at this soiree, too.
