Netflix is doing what Netflix does: Throwing tons of stuff against the wall and seeing what sticks, spending a reported $7.5 billion on content this year alone to make its poorly organized outlet even more crowded.

To wit, Netflix has just ordered 10 episodes of “Norm Macdonald Has a Show,” a talk show from the comic and former “Saturday Night Live” guy. Norm Macdonald will host, produce, and co-showrun the series, which will also feature Adam Egret, who has cohosted a podcast with Macdonald, as his sidekick.

Macdonald’s talker, which will find him chatting with celebrity guests, has him joining five other Netflix talk shows. The streamer currently has David Letterman’s “My Next Guest Needs No Introduction,” “The Joel McHale Show With Joel McHale,” and Jerry Seinfeld’s “Comedians in Cars Gettting Coffee,” and it has shows forthcoming from Michelle Wolf and Hasan Mijhaj, both from “The Daily Show.”
